3.2 Furniture repair, restoration, and bespoke customisation services.

3.3All products and services are subject to availability and may be changed or

discontinued without notice.

 

4. Placing an Order

4.1  Orders must be placed via our website or by contacting us directly.

4.2 All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

4.3 An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; a contract

is formed only when we dispatch the item or confirm the service booking.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

5.2 We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5.3 Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed at

checkout.

 

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to events outside our

control.

6.2 Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

6.3 You are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not

liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect details.

 

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations (Retail Products)

In accordance with UK law:

7.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods for

a full refund (excludes bespoke/custom items).

7.2  Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging at your expense

unless faulty.

7.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalised furniture is non-refundable unless faulty.

 

8. Service Terms (Repairs & Restoration)

8.1 A written estimate or invoice will be provided before any work begins.

8.2 You must ensure access to the furniture for collection/delivery or in-home

service.

8.3 If unforeseen issues arise during restoration, we will notify you and may

adjust the quote.

8.4 Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from completion, covering workmanship

but not subsequent damage due to misuse.

 

9. Your Responsibilities

By using our services or purchasing from our website, you agree not to:

 

9.1 Misuse the website or disrupt its operation.

9.2 Provide false or misleading information.

9.3 Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the website or its content.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

the amount paid by you for that item/service.
